Meet Noel P. O'Brien, Esq.

Noel P. O'Brien, Esq. has been with Cabanillas y Asociados PC since 2022, and is an Associate Attorney located in the White Plains office of Cabanillas and Associates PC. Noel is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the State of Connecticut, as well as in the United States District Courts of New York and Connecticut. Mr. O'Brien represents clients in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status proceedings, Foreclosure Defense, Commercial and Residential Litigation, and in Immigration hearings. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Mercy College and his Master of Laws from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, and the Irish American Bar Association of New York. Mr. O'Brien speaks fluent Spanish and has a working knowledge of Portuguese. When not practicing law, Mr. O'Brien enjoys cooking, golfing, fishing, and hiking.
