Kathleen Germania Sigüenza is an Associate Attorney at Cabanillas & Associates, P.C., where she represents clients in removal proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Court. Born and raised in Sleepy Hollow, New York, and the daughter of Ecuadorian immigrants, she is deeply connected to her roots and culture. Ms. Sigüenza earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and her Juris Doctor from Pace University through its rigorous 3+3 accelerated program, graduating in 2023. Fluent in Spanish, she ensures her clients understand every step of their case, helping to reduce stress and avoid miscommunication. She is recognized for her calm presence in court, her warmth with clients, and her steady, thorough approach to high-stakes immigration matters.
Outside of practice, Ms. Sigüenza enjoys hiking, hot Pilates, and reading as a member of her book club/cooking club.
