FiOS1 News: NY Attorney General and States Sue to Ensure Census Is "Full and Fair"

Seventeen states, the District of Columbia, six cities, and Attorney General Eric Schneiderman filed a multi-state lawsuit to prevent a U.S. citizenship question from appearing on the 2020 census. Filed Tuesday in Manhattan Federal Court, the lawsuit said that the citizenship demand was an arbitrary decision that would undermine the accuracy of the population count.
